Comments from Coach Lamar Harris: "Overall I thought we played really well as a team. Our effort very early in the ball game tonight is what set our pace, although we did make some careless mistakes which are just not expected at this point in our season. I'll admit that it's good to get back in the win column and I feel it was a game which we needed to do just that with it being a non-Region game. We know what lies ahead next week with our play returning to Region Five and we need to keep our focus and stay intense because Region play is though. I'm proud of the win and I know this game was a question mark in some areas after our first loss of the season last week."
