Comments from Head Coach Lamar Harris:
"Overall I thought the guys played a very hard fought and tough game. I'm proud of the physical effort of the whole team throughout most of the game. We had several mistakes which are of concern and we will work to correct those mistakes throughout this week,s practices. The defensive play tonight was overall good but the offensive play was not as consistent and was liking in some areas, but overall it was good enough for us to walk off the field with the win. I'm concerned about our kicking game. We still need to buckle down and do some work with the guys on our kicking team with a strong focus on our PAT attempts. We struggled in that portion of the game tonight and had it of been a closer game we could have found ourselves defeated on that part of our play alone. The guys know what is required and they know how to execute, but for some reason we've found ourselves struggling in that area. It's something we will place more focus on during our practices knowing that we've got to making substantial improvements with that sector of the game. Our fans have been very supportive and loud, we're looking for another large crowd in the stadium as Brilliant comes to visit on Friday night."
